These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lead Dog website (the "Site") and any services we provide ("Services"). By accessing the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Lead Dog ("Lead Dog," "we," "us," or "our") provides exclusive auto-sales lead generation services to dealerships in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

3. Demo requests and inquiries

Submitting our demo-request form is an inquiry only. It does not create a contract, guarantee that we will provide Services to you, or obligate either party to enter into a business relationship. Any engagement for Services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. No guarantee of results

While we work to deliver high-quality, high-intent leads, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversion rate, sales outcome, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own follow-up, sales process, and market conditions.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Lead Dog name and marks — are owned by Lead Dog or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Dog and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Dog from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
